Standard shipping is US$12.99. Free standard shipping is available on orders of US$199 or more.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped from Xinhua Village, Heqing, Dali, China. Orders are usually processed within approximately 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery generally takes 6–12 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary by destination and local carrier conditions. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery Delays

While most deliveries arrive on time, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, airplane breakdown or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment.

Damaged Orders

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchase. However, if the items purchased from the site has major problem, please email us and we will do our best to help.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address needs to be changed. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address.
