Asteria et Lune creates handmade silver jewelry. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change-of-mind purchases.

DAMAGED OR MAJOR-PROBLEM ITEMS

If an item purchased from our site arrives damaged or has a major problem, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging so that we can review the issue.

After reviewing the information provided, we will do our best to find an appropriate solution. Please do not return any item before receiving written instructions from us. If a return is required for a verified major problem, we will confirm the return instructions and any applicable return-shipping arrangement in writing before the item is sent.

HANDMADE VARIATION

Subtle variations in texture, finish, and form are inherent to handmade silver jewelry. These natural variations are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects when the item materially corresponds to its product description.
